1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TokenGateway API platform and related services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

TokenGateway provides unified API access to third-party large language models. We act as an infrastructure provider and do not control the underlying model behavior. Service availability is subject to our published SLA of 99.9% uptime.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
  • You must not share API keys across unrelated applications or organizations.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or violates any applicable law.
  • Attempt to circumvent safety filters, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract model weights or proprietary data.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services.

5. Rate Limits & Quotas

API usage is subject to rate limits and quotas as defined in your service plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension. We reserve the right to adjust limits to maintain platform stability.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit through the API. TokenGateway does not claim any rights over your input or output data. Our platform, branding, documentation, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of TokenGateway Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokenGateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
